TERALCO reserves the right to modify the configuration, presentation and content of the Web Portal, as well as the conditions required for its access and/or use.

Access to the content and use of the services provided by www.teralco.com is free, although some of the services and content offered by TERALCO through the Web Portal may be subject to prior contracting and payment of the corresponding amount, which will be specified in their own contracting conditions.

All Intellectual and Industrial Property rights on the contents and/or services are reserved and, in particular, it is prohibited to modify, copy, reproduce, publicly communicate, transform or distribute in any way all or part of the contents and/or services included in the Web Portal, for public or commercial purposes, if you do not have the prior, express and written authorization of TERALCO or, where appropriate, the owner of the corresponding rights.

In particular, and merely indicative and not exhaustive, the user undertakes not to collect data for advertising purposes, not to send any type of online advertising or message chains and not to transmit, disseminate or make available to third parties through the Services provided by www.teralco.com any kind of material, data or content that, without limitation:

  1. They engage in illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order activities that, in any way, contravene, disparage or violate the fundamental rights and public liberties recognized constitutionally or in international treaties and in the rest of the legal system.
  2. Induce, incite or promote criminal, denigrating, defamatory or violent actions.
  3. Likewise, induce, incite or promote discriminatory actions, attitudes or ideas based on sex, race, religion, beliefs or age.
  4. Incorporate criminal, violent or degrading messages.
  5. Incite or induce involvement in practices that are dangerous, risky or harmful to health and mental balance.
  6. They are false, ambiguous, inaccurate, exaggerated or extemporaneous, in such a way that they may mislead their purpose or the intentions or purposes of the communicator.

USE OF THE BLOG

Regarding the use of the blog, the user may post comments on the Web Portal Blog (if available) indicating their name, surname and email address and, in this sense, they are informed that their comments, together with the identifying data that you provide, may be published on the Blog.

The user undertakes not to publish any comment that could contravene the aspects indicated in the USE OF THE WEB PORTAL section of this Legal Notice and will be exclusively responsible for the comments that they publish, as well as their interactions with the rest of the users, exempting TERALCO of any responsibility for it.

TERALCO reserves the right to deny the publication, or withdraw, any comment or content that could violate the provisions of this Legal Notice.

COMMUNICATIONS.

For communications, the user acknowledges assuming responsibility and will hold TERALCO harmless for any communication provided personally or on his behalf, reaching said responsibility without any restriction to the accuracy, legality, originality and ownership thereof.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF TERALCO.

Due to the characteristics of a Web Portal and the technological dependencies (internal and external) that condition it, TERALCO does not guarantee nor is it responsible for:

  1. The continuity of the contents of the Web Portal.
  2. The absence of errors in said contents or products.
  3. The invulnerability of the Web Portal and/or the impregnability of the security measures adopted in it.

TERALCO declares that it implements, maintains and evolves the appropriate measures, within its possibilities and the state of technology, to protect the availability, resilience, integrity and confidentiality of the Web Portal and the transactions carried out through it. These security measures are aligned with the norms and standards accepted for this purpose as "good practices", including ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and the National Security Scheme (RD 3/2010 of January 8), and its regulatory developments.

If the user becomes aware of the existence of any illegal, illegal content, contrary to the law or that could imply an infringement of intellectual and/or industrial property rights, they must immediately notify TERALCO so that it can proceed to the adoption of the Measures.

In this sense, if users have effective knowledge of the illegality of activities carried out through these third-party Web pages, they must immediately notify TERALCO so that it can proceed to disable the access link to it.

The establishment of any type of link from the Web Portal to another external Web page will not imply that there is any type of relationship, collaboration, or dependency between TERALCO and the person responsible for the external Web page.

LINKS TO OTHER WEB PAGES TO THE TERALCO WEB PORTAL.

If any user, Entity or Web Portal wishes to establish some type of link to the Web Portal, they must abide by the following stipulations:

  1. The link can only be directed to the Main Page or Home of the Web Portal, unless expressly authorized in writing by TERALCO.
  2. The link must be absolute and complete, that is, it must take the User, through a click, to the URL of the Web Portal itself and must completely cover the entire extension of the screen of the Home Page of the Web Portal. In no case, unless TERALCO expressly authorizes it in writing, the Web Portal that makes the link may reproduce, in any way, the Web Portal, include it as part of its Web or within one of its "frames" or create a "browser" on any of the pages of the Web Portal.

SOCIAL MEDIA.

TERALCO may be present, currently or in the future, on social networks where it deems appropriate to establish a presence. TERALCO, as administrator of its own instances in said networks, may decide not to publish and/or delete any content published in them.

In any case, the User is solely responsible for the content that they publish on TERALCO's social networks, the precepts specified in the USE OF THE WEB PORTAL chapter being fully applicable to social networks in this same document.

The Privacy Policy of www.teralco.com is determined by what is established in the document of DATA PROTECTION AND INFORMATION SECURITY.

TERALCO may modify the terms and conditions stipulated here, totally or partially, publishing any change in the same way that this Legal Notice appears or through any type of communication addressed to Users.

The temporary validity of this Legal Notice, therefore, is not established in a specific period of time. Only the content present at a given time, unless expressly indicated that it is no longer valid, constitutes the current content of this Legal Notice.

Regardless of the provisions of the particular conditions (if they exist), TERALCO may terminate, suspend or interrupt, at any time and without prior notice, access to the contents of the Web Portal, without the possibility for the User to demand any reparation.

OBSERVATIONS.

The headings of the different clauses are for information only, and will not affect, qualify or expand the interpretation of the Legal Notice.

In the event of a discrepancy between the provisions of this Legal Notice and the particular conditions of each specific service, the provisions of the latter will prevail.

In the event that any provision or provisions of this Legal Notice were considered null or inapplicable, in whole or in part, by any Court, Tribunal or competent administrative body, said nullity or non-application will not affect the other provisions of the Legal Notice.

The non-exercise or execution by TERALCO of any right or provision contained in this Legal Notice will not constitute a waiver thereof, except for acknowledgment and agreement in writing on its part.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION.

The relations established between TERALCO and the User will be governed by the provisions of current Spanish regulations.

TERALCO and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, will submit any disputes and/or litigation to the knowledge of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Elche.
