SaludableMente Initiative: For a healthier year

It may be that one of your New Year's resolutions was to learn to listen to yourself and take better care of yourself. We knew that part of our team had it on their list, so we have tried to help them comply.

It is not a secret that at Teralco Group we care about the emotional and mental stability of our workers, since we believe that it is one of the best ways to preserve and care for talent. For this reason, we wanted to start the year with an initiative focused on stress management and its effects on nutrition. This will be the first of many of the initiatives that we will carry out and each of them will cover a topic related to health.

Through some talks given by two of our fellow experts in stress management and nutrition, Carmen Ojeda and Ana María Peñalver, our entire team was able to join this enriching online meeting.

These talks, in addition to making us aware of the impact of stress on our lives, helped us, through an individual file, to locate the reason for our stress, both inside and outside of work, identify our thoughts about that phase and how to remedy it according to each situation. case.

Also, we were able to comment on how this state affects our nutrition and the effect this has on our health. Among the main tips that we get from our fellow nutritionist we highlight: 

  • We must learn to differentiate well between appetite and hunger
  • You should try to keep a regular schedule for meals.
  • Start the week with a menu proposal to eat healthier and easier

Focusing on the good development of the people who make up the company has led us to create a wellness space that contributes to building sustainable and happier teams.
