Happyou is a simple and intuitive application, focused on mental health, whose objective is to get to know ourselves better and to be able to go a step further in the relationship of our daily behavior. How it achieves this is easy to understand, it does so through a series of steps in which you can record your state of mind and draw a well-being curve that will provide you with key information to better understand your behavior.
At Teralco Group we wanted to contribute to this project to continue caring for people's mental health, but it has not been easy. Since the idea was born by the Alicante rapper Arkano, there have been several evolutions by the Teralco Lab development team, the innovation unit responsible for carrying out the app that we can see right now.
Until its creation, many milestones stand out, but one of the most relevant was the incorporation of the Conducteam team of psychologists. They put their scientific knowledge so that the tool was a psychological evaluation tool based on the functional analysis of behavior. In this way, the application provides valuable information to the user so that he can help him in the future.
