Our relationship with Smurfit Kappa Ibi began at the end of 2021, when an analysis of its production application was carried out from our company to identify and assess existing risks. Based on these results, we propose the possibility of working together to correct and evolve what was analyzed. It was then that the evolution project of his Production system. This project focused on correcting incidents, performing analysis and developing evolutionary related to its production application.
The project officially started in 2022 and they had a custom development unit team to carry it out.
Not that we must leave aside that Smurfit Kappa Ibi manufacture plastic bags intended to be stored in a cardboard box, from films, caps and taps. It is what is known as bag-in-box. The application on which we work receives manufacturing orders and manages the traceability of the production of these containers.
